Centurion Insurance

Overview

The following content explains the process and results of a website redesign due to the rebranding of Centurion Insurance.

Goal

The goal for this project was to create a design for the Centurion Insurance main website that customers can use to get informed on the services Centurion offers. This site was required to have an emphasis on accessible information.

My role was pivotal in improving website conversion rates through user-centric enhancements. By conducting user research, I identified pain points in the customer journey, such as unclear navigation and lengthy forms, which deterred users from completing key actions. Implementing responsive design principles ensured the site functioned seamlessly across devices, catering to a mobile-first audience. Additionally, I incorporated interactive tools like a title insurance premium calculator. These design solutions not only elevated the user experience but also directly increased engagement, reduced drop-offs, and boosted overall conversion rates.

Deliver

We were assigned to create the designs. For this we used Figma. I was tasked to design the high fidelity prototype of the home page and all pages under Title Insurance and Hoy Health.

This project required more time to conduct a usability test after creating the design of the wireframes and high fidelity prototype.

A second round of card sorting with a higher quantity of participants to insure better usability.

Usability data and performance metrics would be helpful to determined the effectiveness of the design.
